Cana Bay Srl is the administrator of the Cana Bay Beach Club & Golf Resort Dominican Republic promotion, which is governed by its Protective Regulations. The Recognition of this REGULATION by the OWNER of a property is an indispensable condition for the transfer of any interest in any property. Persons or companies acquiring property rights, tenants, beneficiaries of concessions, users, or beneficiaries of any title shall be subject to the provisions of the REGULATION.

All certificates of titles, as well as contracts for the transfer of any right from any part of the PROMOTION shall be annexed to a copy of the current regulations. Any owner may order a set of REGULATION from the administration office, as well as any other document, annex, appendix thereof, additional regulation, annual common expenditure budget, annual activity report or management report.

No federal or state agency has established the merit or value of any real estate project located within Cana Bay, including building materials used in their construction. This material does not in any manner constitute an offer of sale in states where prior registration and certification are previous required. The developer reserves the right to change the offer, terms and conditions of the entire project without prior notice.

In Punta Cana on October 2, 2023, and in strict compliance with disposition 11.10. CALCULATION OF MAINTENANCE FEES We proceed to inform the owners that The ADMINISTRATOR has produced a copy of the COMMON EXPENSES budget for next year 2024 which is available to you in the customer service office.

The new fees will be sent to each OWNER in the November invoice, between the days first and fifth of mentioned month.
