THE BEACH CLUB

The property of the BEACH CLUB is private property operated by Canabay Hotels which does not constitute part of COMMON AREAS of Cana Bay Resort. The privileges to use the property of the BEACH CLUB will be subject to the terms and conditions of the documents of membership of the BEACH CLUB, as well as to the modifications introduced from time to time (the “DOCUMENTS of the MEMBERSHIP PLAN OF THE BEACH CLUB”).

Acquisition of a MEMBERSHIP in the BEACH CLUB requires payment of an acquisition price of membership called a membership contribution or membership deposit, as well as fees and charges of membership.

For Cana Bay Beach Club & Golf Resort all our residents and owners are our most valuable asset. For this reason, is that our residents will be able to purchase their Beach Club membership card for only US$500

 With the membership card the owner or resident can receive attractive discounts on a variety of services such as the Beach Club restaurant bar, the Racquet Club, the Hard Rock Golf Course at Cana Bay, and the Wellness Center (estimated opening in the 2027), services, entertainment, beach activities and much more.

 **The membership card is discounted for owners associated with rental management programs approved by Cana Bay.

 ***The conditions for obtaining the membership card are stipulated in the Protective Regulations in article No. 16.1, page No. 69.

For Cana Bay Beach Club & Golf Resort it is always a pleasure to welcome you and host you at our facilities.

As a result of the current Covid 19 pandemic, we have waived payment for the Beach Club Resort fee from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

From January 1st 2021, payment of a Resort fee will be mandatory.

The use of the facilities has a cost of US$35.00 per adults (12 years +), US$10.00 per children (3-12 years) and Infants Free (0-2 years).

This includes use of the beach, pool, lounge chairs, bathrooms, and common areas.

The access fee is consumable.

Information

The registration fee must be paid prior to entering the property or at the Canabay hotels Administration office located in the Cana Bay Beach Club. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Condos managed by Cana Bay Hotels will typically include this resort fee as part of their rental rate. Condos managed directly by owners or other third parties can make payment arrangements with the Cana Bay Administration office.

Cana Bay, through the Internal Real Estate Agency, approves rental managers who operate in Cana Bay with the aim of guaranteeing the proper functioning of vacation rentals.

 Cana Bay approves managers who have the operational financial and human resources that will make vacation rentals a unique experience for owners.

 The Cana Bay rental program offers an exclusive alliance that will allow you to not have to worry or stress about finding clients, charging them, and maintaining their property. For a commission of 30% of the net income profit we will take care of:

Rental Standards
